Prospect data is kept until the relationship indicates no longer wishing to be considered a prospect. In that case, we delete the data immediately. The deletion process may take several weeks, so it is possible that your company will still be contacted even after the data has been deleted.

The retention period for customer data is one year after the cessation of all activities unless the data needs to be retained for a fiscal retention period or is kept anonymized in order to remain available for analysis and research.
